- 1. Who are we?

2.1 Contact form: The website nextdose.fr uses a contact form. When submitting the form, the personal data collected are those provided by the users: title, surname, first name, email address, telephone number (if provided), postal code (if provided), the city (if provided), and technical data (cookies). Their shelf life is 12 months.
2.2 Cookies: If you go to the “My Account” page, a temporary cookie will be created to determine whether your browser accepts cookies. Content embedded from other sites behaves the same as if the visitor went to that other site. Website nextdose.fr does not share any personal data with third party organizations. Only data from an order placed on the “Shop” page is transmitted to payment gateways, depending on the payment method chosen: bank transfer, payment card (Stripe), PayPal. The data linked to the transaction is shared with the different service providers for the sole purpose of carrying out the transaction.

Data received via your contact forms are kept for 12 months, visit statistics for 14 months and records related to online sales for 12 months. If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. For accounts that register on our site (if applicable), we also store the personal data indicated in their profile. All accounts can view, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except their ID). Site managers can also view and modify this information.
